Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SINEE GmbH, Am Hans Teich 4, 51674 Wiehl, Germany; email: info@sinee.de; phone: +49 2262 717 50 46) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to do so.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract here. The function is available on our website during the withdrawal period. Once you have submitted your withdrawal using that function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium (such as an email), showing the contents of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract requiring payment for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early only once all of the following conditions have been met:

1. We have begun to perform the contract by supplying the digital content.

2. Before performance began, you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period.

3. You acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you would lose your right of withdrawal when performance began.

4. We provided you with the confirmation of the contract required by section 312f of the German Civil Code, including confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement.

If these conditions have not all been met, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
